NC Advocates for Justice Elects Local Criminal Defense Attorney as 2017-2018 President
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) June 19, 2017 -- Bradley Bannon practices criminal defense and civil rights law at Patterson Harkavy LLP in Raleigh. Before then, he spent 20 years at Cheshire Parker Schneider & Bryan, focusing on criminal trial defense and appeals, as well as professional licensing defense. Mr. Bannon previously served NCAJ as Legal Affairs Vice President, Communications Vice President, and most recently as President-Elect. He has participated in drafting legislation that preserved and strengthened North Carolina’s open-file discovery laws and other protections for the criminally accused. He served on the Board of Directors of North Carolina Prisoner Legal Services from May 2008 to April 2017, serving as President from 2010 to 2016.
