Neal Communities Breaks Sales Record in October
Lakewood Ranch, Florida (PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- October marked a new milestone for Neal Communities (http://www.nealcommunities.com), as the prolific southwest Florida home builder notched 723 year to date sales – an increase of 11 from last year’s record breaking month. With 72 new home sales in October, Neal is on track to break all company sales records by the end of 2014.
“We have seen a dramatic uptick in traffic and buyers throughout 2014, coupled with our fastest growing year with several new communities in both divisions,” said Michael Storey, president of Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities. “As we continue to expand our team, our community count and our product lineup, we expect this trend to continue over at least the next five years,” said Storey.
Sugar Mill Lakes in Palmetto led in sales last month with nine new home purchases, followed by eight home sales each in Central Park at Lakewood Ranch and Forest Creek in Parrish. Grand Palm, a unique, master-planned community in Venice, Fla., had six sales and both Fairfield in Bradenton and Villa Palmeras in Estero had five sales. New community Estero Place hosted a grand opening over the weekend.
Neal unveiled a new Coastal series at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood last month and that series will also soon be available at Grand Palm. New communities opening soon include Woodland Trace and Magnolia Point in Sarasota, and Neal Signature Homes’ Wildgrass in Sarasota.
