Nectir Hires New Business Development Manager for Austin and San Antonio
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) January 27, 2014 -- As the Business Development Manager for NECTIR, the staffing division of Innové, Emily Rausch will lead client relationships and client management in San Antonio and Austin, Texas.
Emily is passionate about solving problems for clients and providing creative and cost-effective methods to help them meet their goals. She has more than 13 years of experience in sales and recruiting, working with organizations to source top talent in the realms of biotech and pharmaceuticals, IT, administration, human resources and sales. In the past, she has served on the advisory board for Tech Connexus and is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.
Ms. Rausch is also a Young AFCEAN (Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association) advisor to the Alamo board, growing and directing activities for AFCEANs who are 40 years old and younger. Since joining the board in 2010, she has devoted considerable energy to shaping the group into a distinctive organization now encompassing more than 100 self-identified members. Among other achievements, she has led the charge to bring more depth to Young AFCEAN initiatives — in the form of education and mentoring — while adding breadth to members’ opportunities to engage each other. In 2011 she received the Distinguished Young AFCEA award and in 2012 received the AFCEA Emerging Leader award. In 2013, she helped to stand up a pilot project, known as "Way Ahead," to help Wounded Warriors find new careers in STEM fields.
