Nelson Brothers Named Among Student Housing Business Magazine’s Top 25 Owners in 2017
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (PRWEB) January 17, 2018 -- Student Housing Business has named Nelson Brothers as No. 19 in its Top 25 ranking of student housing owners, Nelson Brothers announces today.

Student Housing Business conducted its annual survey of the industry’s Top 25 Owners during the fall of 2017, the magazine said. The minimum number of beds required for a firm to make the list is up 100 beds over 2016 for approximately 5,400 beds. Nelson Brothers student housing ranked in the top 20 with 8,321 beds. Data for the survey was completed for properties owned as of October 31, 2017.
