Louisville, Kentucky (PRWEB) April 20, 2016 -- Net Tango (http://www.nettango.com), a full-service technology firm which specializes in custom web application development and system integration, announced today that is has completed the design, development and implementation of a new website for New York, NY-based Joe’s House, a nonprofit organization that helps cancer patients and their families find a place to stay when traveling away from home for medical treatment. The new, completely redesigned http://www.joeshouse.org website serves as the organization’s primary communication gateway to patients and hotel partners as well as the community.
Joe’s House is not an actual house, but a lodging guide for cancer patients. The organization’s website lists thousands of places to stay across the United States near hospitals and treatments centers that offer a discount for traveling patients and their loved ones. Joe's House mission is to centralize the various lodging options that cater to patients and to streamline the reservations process.
The completely redesigned website features a custom lodging search tool and database, mobile responsive design, and an improved user experience (UX) for lodging search and site-wide navigation. It also incorporates a beautiful custom design, streamlined navigation, a lodging partner carousel and updated DNN and .NET.
“Customers count on us to solve their web-based technology challenges,” said Stephanie Minier, Net Tango Project & Business Development Manager. “In fact, the more complex a problem is, the more we love developing the right solution and Joe’s House is a great example. Our team really enjoys translating complex challenges into simple solutions by leveraging our strong engineering and programming expertise.”
According to Ann Calahan, President of Joe’s House, “Net Tango has been a great partner to Joe’s House since 2011 and their experience in designing and implementing websites for the healthcare industry helped us create a user-friendly new site for our patients and hotel partners to easily navigate and efficiently find the information they need.”
