NetSPI Announces New Head of CorrelatedVM Business Development and Sales
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) February 10, 2015 -- NetSPI today announced that John Sekevitch has joined the company as Head of Business Development and Sales for its flagship system, CorrelatedVM™. This closed-loop vulnerability management system enables clients to transform their penetration testing processes (whether performed in-house or by others), and to scale their cybersecurity teams to improve their security postures.
The platform has been designed, in part, by pentesters for pentesters, as well as for security stakeholders from developers to IT management, the CISO, and risk compliance executives. The platform's purpose is to dramatically lower the risks associated with hosting or deploying software, and to do so more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Sekevitch noted that "CorrelatedVM provides a 360-degree enterprise-level view with unsurpassed visibility and transparency. And it has been tested and validated on hundreds of business-critical networks."
"NetSPI is delighted to have John Sekevitch on board. He is a seasoned industry professional with the C-level experience needed to help us grow," said Deke George, NetSPI CEO.
Prior to joining NetSPI, Sekevitch was the Aerospace and Defense Solutions Head for IBM. Before that, Sekevitch served in leadership positions with Accenture, KPMG, and Secure Computing/Guardent.
Sekevitch is an honors graduate of Winona State University, with a B.A. in Marketing and Business. He has written a number of articles on sales strategies and cybersecurity consulting. He has been featured in Internet Week, GCN, and Forbes.
