New Book Promotes Self-discovery and Self-realization
Toronto (PRWEB) August 20, 2013 -- Author Vira Burmenko shares her thoughts and beliefs about the world and the universe in her expansive new nonfiction, “My Key to Immortality: Tuning Your Mind into the Life of Universal Love” (published by Balboa Press).
Burmenko has dedicated many years to achieving self-realization, and “My Key to Immortality” records a part of this uplifting journey. She shares her views on a variety of topics and uses stories from her personal life to support them. The book also describes what Burmenko calls the Ayat, a new ideology/method of self-healing and self-realization. “While discovering myself, I am discovering and decoding my immortality as a human being,” she states.

“Improvisation is life itself – you don’t make stuff up, you simply discover what is already there. You know what to do and where to go as soon as you know where you want to take your piece of music, and it happens subconsciously. As soon as you realize who you are and what you want in your life, it is right there, because it has always been there. Improvisation sessions can go on forever and sometimes they would if no one cues the ending. In my mind, this is the key to immortality in our lives.”
“The main thought throughout my writing here is that everything is available to us as soon as we just tune our minds into it,” Burmenko explains. “We each are universal beings on our paths of self-discovery and self-realization, and we are eternal – immortal. We are one with the Universe, we are each our own Universe, and we are our creative process.”
