Dr. Carl E. Roemer is a retired adjunct professor from the State University of New York in Binghamton and retired Director of Pastoral Care at the Greater Binghamton Health Center. He received his Doctor of Theology degree from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in “Inter-Testamental Literature and History.” Dr. Roemer resides in Williamsburg, Virginia.
