New book urges readers to live ‘A Life of Obedience’
INDIANAPOLIS (PRWEB) June 10, 2015 -- Throughout his life, author Rev. Glenn A. McHatton has lived a life of secrets, keeping to himself the many marvelous things he believed God showed him. He adhered to the example of Apostle Paul written in Corinthians 12:4 – Paul was in paradise listening to unspeakable words, but was forbidden from uttering a word of it.
As McHatton contemplated the many miraculous sights God had shown him, he felt God’s presence. He says God told him to share the 40 years of secrets he’d been hiding. He surrendered to God’s will and thus, his new autobiography “A Life of Obedience: Glimpses of a Surrendered Life” (published by AuthorHouse) was created.
“So many people today are not being obedient to God and it is time for someone to point out the advantages that exist when we dare to walk in the path of obedience,” McHatton says. “Complete obedience is the key to peace, power and joy.”
Within “A Life of Obedience,” McHatton presents his thoughts on a number of biblical teachings, including salvation, sanctification and spirit-led living; how to pray for the sick; how to deal with temptation; and how to live in the realm of the miraculous.

About the Author
Rev. Glenn A. McHatton graduated from Fort Wayne Bible College where he became a professor. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University and his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from Ball State University. He has ministered in citywide campaigns and various camps and churches. He was a pastor of seven churches and had a Christian radio program called “Gospel Blessings” that broadcast over national and international radio stations for more than 20 years.
