New Calculator Calculates Actual Worth by Estimating Hourly Payroll
(PRWEB) January 24, 2014 -- As another round of update starts for aCalculator.com, the website that offers free-to-use financial tools and resources, a number of new calculators are now added to the list. One of the most recent additions is the Hourly Paycheck Calculator. According to the spokesperson, the calculator is designed to allow the users to analyze their actual financial worth and position after paying dues and taxes.
Further explaining the idea behind the newly added calculator, the spokesperson shared some interesting facts regarding the hourly paycheck. According to him, “Only a few people are able to realize how much they actually earn. Most of them think they are underpaid. Hourly pay, in actual is more about the worth than pay. If you are making good hourly income and still think you are underpaid then maybe you need to control the expenses. And if your hourly pay is too low then maybe you should consider a job switch.”
Again stressing the point that the hourly payroll is not about the salary alone, the spokesperson indicated the forms of income that are included in the calculation. Instead of simply dividing the monthly income by the number of working hours, the calculator takes in numerous inputs both in terms of income and expenses. The hourly paycheck calculator includes 401k plan (or any other retirement plan), allowances, overtime, tax deductions etc.
The calculator returns the result in the form of easy to understand pie graph that depicts the estimation net paycheck. Other than displaying the values of expense and income, the chart also gives a percentage of income that is actually earned after the deductions. Users can also view the paycheck summary in the form of a table.
Sharing his expert opinion regarding the importance of calculating hourly paycheck, the spokesperson said, “It will allow the users to manage their budget more appropriately. Sometimes we go overboard with the expenses because we have a worrying idea of what we actually earned. The figure on your monthly paycheck is not really what you earn.”
Speaking of budgeting, the spokesperson also encouraged the users to use other budgeting calculators from the tools. He specifically recommended the newly added and updated Benefits of Spending Less Calculator. However, due to its heavy emphasis on tax dedications, the hourly payroll calculator is placed in the Tax calculator category.
