New Director of Education at Flexstylist.com
Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- Joel Gayner, President and CEO of Flexstylist.com, a salon innovation company, has announced the appointment of 14 year veteran hairstyling expert Chad Clark as the company’s new Director of Education.
“We are very excited that Chad Clark will spearhead the most forward thinking and innovative education and training program the salon industry has ever seen”, said Gayner. “His 14 year background and association with the biggest names in hair styling provides a rock-solid foundation for his breakthrough teaching techniques.”
Officially launched in the spring of 2015, Flexstylist.com is an on-line, on-demand, device friendly digital platform business orchestrated to shift the 20 billion dollar brick and mortar salon industry. The company will provide lifestyle flexibility and revenues for hair stylists while benefiting salon owners by scheduling empty chairs. Additionally, the company will provide on-going education and coaching and will initiate an elite cash back revenue program for stylists.“This is the most demonstrative change in the salon industry in 60 years,” said Gayner.
Clark, 33, began his career after his graduation from the Vidal Sasson Academy in Santa Monica, CA. He then traveled to Brussels, Belgium and perfected the Ambassador Program for haircutting by Belgium hairstyling trendsetters Tony and Guy.
He then inspired both on-stage and in-salon training for Paul Mitchell Systems for six years and in 2010 returned to the Vidal Sasson Advanced Academy. In 2012 he was named International Artistic Director of ERGO Research and ERGO Styling. Clark is recognized as a force in the Independent Hair Education platform. His trademark “Chad Clark Hair” focuses on a “non-denominational” or “non-brand driven” approach to sharing information and styling, allowing him to not be influenced or affected by corporate product agendas and limitations.
“My style and philosophy gives me the freedom to share a wider influence of genres of artists and their teachings,” said Clark.
Clark is a blog contributor to Miladypro.com and will be opening his own namesake salon and advanced academy in summer of 2015 in Visalia, CA.
