New Foundations Recovery Network Report Shows Outcomes That Exceed National Average
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) June 28, 2017 -- Foundations Recovery Network (FRN), a recognized leader in the field of integrated treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health concerns, is proud to announce its 2016 Research and Outcomes One Year Post- Treatment report. FRN reports on the actual results following treatment in their facilities at one month, six months and 12 months after discharge. In 2016, FRN abstinence rates reported by patients at each time point not only exceed the national average but also exceed prior years’ performance.
This FRN report provides information on outcomes that matter to patients and their families, including abstinence rates, remission rates, mental health symptoms and improvement in key areas of life. FRN strives for positive outcomes specifically in medical/physical health, relationships, employment and quality of life.
“We don’t define success, the patient and their family decide that for themselves, that is what patient-centered care looks like,” said Siobhan Morse, Division Director of Clinical Services. “Our system of care is who we are and what we aspire to be with each individual patient.”
Many programs in the addiction treatment industry generate their “success” rates based on successful completion of their programs. This is not a fair reflection of the goal of treatment and not an accurate measure of organizational performance or quality of services. Although FRN does not receive any federal funding, and is therefore under no obligation to meet SAMSHA standards, FRN exceeds federal guidelines for reporting valid and reliable date, independently verified by third parties.
