New Head Chef for The Tudor Room Restaurant at Great Fosters in Surrey
Surrey (PRWEB UK) 29 January 2014 -- Formerly head chef at the Michelin starred L’ortolan restaurant for three years, Nik Chappell was recently awarded four AA Rosettes in recognition of his cooking, and this combined with the maintaining of a Michelin star throughout his employment at L’ortolan serves as true certification of his capability as a chef.
Nik successes Shane Hughes, whose employment finished at the end of December, having launched this exciting new venture in May 2013.
Since opening, The Tudor Room at Great Fosters has been extremely well received and with such high critical acclaim to date will endeavour to continue delivering the memorable dining experience for which it has become renowned.
