New Jersey Is about to Lose Big
Wall, NJ (PRWEB) January 27, 2015 -- WoW! Work Out World, New Jersey’s largest family owned and operated chain of health clubs, has partnered with The Biggest Loser franchise to host New Jersey’s Biggest Loser Community Challenge. Registration begins this January in all 12 WoW club locations.
“It was a natural fit,” claims Steve Roma Sr. WoW’s CEO. “The nation’s most popular weight loss brand and New Jersey’s biggest health club brand coming together in the month of January when losing weight is a priority for so many people.”
Work Out World is expecting a large amount of their 80,000 members to participate in the challenge which includes a combination of online coaching and challenges from NBC’S hit television show, The Biggest Loser, along with weight loss competition amongst the members of Work Out World.
According to Mary Roma, founder of WoW, “For some people, the added value and excitement around the partnership with The Biggest Loser will give that extra motivation to finally say, ‘I want to lose this extra weight,’ and that is great. That’s what we are here for, to provide support, motivation and, of course, the guidance of top fitness professionals in New Jersey.”
Work Out World plans to help their members drop the extra pounds in just 8 weeks through a combination of their “guided exercise programs”.
WoW’s key approach to success is similar to The Biggest Loser in that both believe results are more difficult to achieve if you try and go at it alone. The clubs offer over 500 Group Training classes weekly, which is included free with a membership. The classes offer a wide variety of ways to work up a sweat and confuse your muscles, from strength training and cycling, to yoga and core training. But the key, according to the Roma family, is the expert trainer who is leading the class and the comradeship of the group of people experiencing it with you.
WoW also recently launched X-LAB Training Studio’s in every location. These private training studios offer a small group training experience for 5-15 people. Members are coached through a high intensity 30-minute session that is catered to their fitness level.
The shining star of WoW’s guided exercise programs is their Personal Training. This is a one-to-one (trainer to member) customized exercise experience. Members looking to lose weight in a short period of time find personal training to be the secret to success.
Non-WoW members and corporations looking to participate can find out how to join in on the BIG event at thewowchallenge.com.
