New Joint Family Law and Property Law Firm Serves Greater Sacramento Area
ROSEVILLE, CA (PRWEB) January 23, 2015 -- Today is the opening of Sherlock | Clark, LLP, a new family law and property law firm based in Roseville, serving Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado and Yolo Counties.
Sherlock | Clark has been designed to address the personal and business needs of individuals. After years of practice in litigation, the firm’s partners and associates have a vast array of experience in all areas of family law, property law and civil litigation.
The family law services are lead by Jason R. Sherlock. Prior to founding Sherlock | Clark he developed family law practices for two other statewide law firms. He has handled all areas of family law from the simplest amicable dissolution to complex divisions of assets and child custody. Sherlock has also lectured on issues regarding juvenile dependency, human trafficking, child custody and jurisdiction including individual parental rights. In addition, he has worked locally with Sacramento CASA and Fresno EEOC to educate the community on family law issues. Sherlock is licensed in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of California.
Joining Sherlock in family law is Associate Attorney, Sara A. Anderson. Anderson is licensed in the state of California and is a member of both the Sacramento and Placer County bar Association. She is active within her local community and remains heavily involved with her alumni association. She received a Witkin award in family law, and has participated in mediation training through the California Lawyer for the Arts. Ms. Anderson is licensed in the United States District Court of California, Eastern District.
Local attorney Brian J. Clark leads the property law. Clark is a licensed attorney in the state of California and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Law. He also has a Master’s of Business Administration degree with a finance emphasis from the University of the Pacific, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. Brian also completed an honorable tour in the United States Marine Corps, and applies that same level of integrity to his business practices. In addition to practicing law, Clark has been active in the real estate finance business for the last ten years. Over the course of his career, he has overseen nearly 1,000 residential and commercial transactions. He owns a California based residential and commercial mortgage company and a residential and commercial real estate brokerage.
