New leaders and consultants join livingHR Tampa Headquarters
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) June 28, 2016 -- livingHR, a consulting firm with offices in Tampa, FL, and Boston, MA, and a leader in employee engagement and company culture, announced today recent additions to the company's executive team to meet the needs of their expanding client demand for their services.
Alina Shaffer has joined livingHR as practice director to focus on building out the talent acquisition and technology practice areas; Lawrence Hamilton has joined as a senior consultant focusing on executive coaching and organizational development; Emily Biel has joined as a senior consultant in total rewards and compensation planning; and Claudia Pires has joined as a senior consultant in organizational development and change management. Brian Lipinoga, who is livingHR’s current practice director, has assumed the role of Vice President.

Alina Shaffer
Alina Shaffer’s leadership experience in HR and talent acquisition has been largely developed while working in a Fortune 500 communications and information technology services company, and in digital media. Her experience spans several areas of HR management, including talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, change management, strategic workforce planning, employer branding, employee engagement, organizational development, and leadership development.
Prior to joining livingHR, Shaffer served as VP, Global Talent Acquisition at Catalina, a private equity-backed company based in St. Petersburg, FL. She was responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes that enabled Catalina to attract top talent. Shaffer also held leadership roles in talent acquisition and HR management with Harris Corporation.
“This is a newly created position for livingHR that will bring executive leadership that will allow us to deliver to our client demands in the executive recruiting space, and support our ability to implement leading talent management technology,” Bigelow said. “Our current fusion of talent and technology will be strengthened with Alina’s leadership as she manages a team of advisors, recruiters and consultants.”

Lawrence Hamilton
Lawrence Hamilton has served in a variety of business leadership positions, including worldwide SVP, HR/CHRO, public company board membership and compensation committee chair, human resources consultant and both an individual C-level and top management team level executive coach, focusing on leadership improvement strategies as well as top management team and company strategies.
Prior to joining livingHR, Hamilton focused on human capital consulting and executive coaching of C-level and high potential sub C-level executives.
Emily Biel
Emily Biel has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive. She has a proven track record in all aspects of total rewards strategy development, plan design and administration. Her strengths and experience include broad-based compensation, executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, sales compensation, benefits and wellness strategy and planning, as well as extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining livingHR, Biel held positions with Masonite International Corporation, Catalina, HSN, Inc., and Valpak.
Claudia Pires
Claudia Pires has nearly two decades of working with organizations to define strategic human resource priorities, optimize people management processes, develop leadership, and sustain organizational change. She has facilitated hundreds of interactions, ranging from executive team sessions to comprehensive training and development programs.
Prior to joining livingHR, she was the director of people and organizational development for Gerdau, the leading long steel producer in the Americas. Throughout her career, Pires gained experience in various industries including retail, agriculture, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Juliet Patterson
Juliet Patterson has also joined livingHR as a consultant specializing in total rewards and HR technology. Juliet holds her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and was most recently a senior manager of compensation and HR technology at Insight a public information technology company.
