New Madison Student Housing to Offer Resort-Style Amenities
Madison, WI (PRWEB) March 13, 2014 -- College student housing in Madison has never looked so good: Scheduled to open August 2015, Hub at Madison will offer the residents of its 961 bedrooms a selection of amenities usually only enjoyed at luxury resorts.
This student housing project is currently underway and will welcome students for the Fall 2015 semester at 437 N. Frances Street. With an array of modern amenities, it will be the first student housing of its kind in Madison. The property is owned and managed by Core Campus, a Chicago-based developer that specializes in providing student accommodations around the country.
Hub at Madison will feature apartments for students attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison that include much more than your “standard dorm room.” Each unit will be fully furnished with custom designed furniture, a flat screen TV in each living room, full-sized washer and dryer in each unit, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets with built-in organization and private balconies with breathtaking views – some even with a private hot tub. Residents will also have their own private, individually keyed bedrooms with solid-core doors.
Students at UW - Madison won’t just have ultramodern apartments to add to their college experience – the community-focused design incorporates amenities that cover student needs from social to fitness to academic. On the social and fitness sides, Hub amenities include a resort-style rooftop pool, two outdoor hot tubs, 20-foot LED outdoor TV screen, sauna, steam room and a 3,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Fitness on Request. Other outdoor amenities include a sand volleyball court, seasonal ice rink, and rooftop sun deck, cabanas and grilling areas. Indoor entertainment includes a golf simulator, instrumental practice room with performance space, media room with stadium seating and spa with a cold plunge and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Hub has not forgotten the reason for college – studying. Along with private study rooms for groups and individuals, Hub hosts a business center, conference center and computer lab with voice over IP compatibilities.
Hub offers 12-month individual leases, meaning each resident will be responsible for the rent for their bedroom only. To make things even easier, Hub also offers a personalized roommate matching service for students that would like to be placed with a roommate(s).
