New Members Added to Proformative’s Advisory Board

Dr. Ball is SVP of Finance and Corporate Treasurer of Oracle, a $38 billion provider of the world’s most complete, open, and integrated business software and hardware systems. He also manages a $200+ million venture portfolio. Eric is an investor in ten startup companies as a partner in Sand Hill Financial Company run by Donald Lucas. Eric was named by Treasury & Risk Management as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Finance.” He is coauthor of the 2012 book “Unlocking the Ivory Tower: How Management Research Can Transform Your Business”.

Daniel Carter serves as CFO of BevMo!. His retail career began in 1986 when he joined Price Club. Shortly after the Costco merger, he served as CFO for its publicly traded spin-off company whose business included PriceSmart, operators of international warehouse clubs. In 1999, he was CFO of fast-fashion retailer Charlotte Russe, where he took the company public and subsequently participated in four secondary offerings prior to his departure in 2007. Immediately before joining BevMo! Dan served as CFO of Semtek, a venture-backed developer of retailer encryption solutions.

Stuart B. Brown is the CFO and SVP of RedRobin Gourmet Burgers Inc. and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He is responsible for leading a wide range financial disciplines, including accounting, financial planning and external reporting, as well as overseeing the supply chain organization. He has more than 20 years of leadership in corporate finance, including 10 years in the food retailing industry. Prior to this, he served as the CFO at DCT Industrial Trust Inc., as the VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Federal Realty Investment Trust, and as the VP of Finance at Giant Food, Inc.
