New Novel ‘The 13th Month’ Displays Battle Between Good, Evil
PUEBLO, Colo. (PRWEB) June 10, 2015 -- Follow a revered priest’s courageous journey of sacrifice to stop evil forces in Louis Paul DeGrado’s new novel, “The 13th Month” (published by iUniverse).
A group made up of an Indian holy man, a Native American shaman, a psychiatrist and a college professor contact Father Frank Keller for help. They need him to help them fight off parasitic creatures called shadows who wait inside moments of time to warp reality and take control of their hosts.
The shadows are the remnant of an evil force that once roamed the earth upright, with form. They lost the battle between good and evil and were banished in time, but are now regaining a foothold in society. The only way to stop the shadows is to enter through the portal from whence they come and defeat them there.
An excerpt from “The 13th Month”:
“‘That isn’t the only reason I called you here,’ Bishop Tafoya said. ‘What if I were to tell you that what happened wasn’t just a young teenager acting out? That evil was interacting with humans? That it influenced David’s behavior and attacked his family?’
‘Are you asking me to believe demons are real?’”
