New Offices for Everynet, ‘everyTHINGZ’ LoRaWAN™ Interoperability Lab Access - Simple as Rolling out an Everynet Network
(PRWEB) October 11, 2016 -- Everynet, an Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity company, with a disruptive business model and an innovative partner program, who with Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) and private network partners are rolling out LoRaWAN™ networks globally, today announced that they have opened two new offices in Delray Beach, Florida, USA and Espoo, Finland to provide local access to customers and partners to the everyTHINGZ Interoperability Lab.
The everyTHINGZ Interoperability Lab will allow end device manufactures to guarantee interoperability, for both their end devices and applications. The devices will be tested on the Everynet LPWA IoT networks that have been deployed in Florida and Espoo and the applications pre-integrated with the Everynet Core Network Platform. Interoperability at the network level is key to enabling seamless communication between the end devices and applications across LoRaWAN networks, both private and public.
“The new offices are very exciting for us,” said Matt Key, CEO. “We are deploying networks with our customers across the world and access to pre tested end devices and applications is a key feature in our ‘simple out of the box’ offering, our customers want to deploy rapidly and having these city networks will enable us to work with more end device and application partners to get their products ‘Everynet ready and get our applications engineering team closer to our customer bases.”
As well as enabling simple access to the everyTHINGZ lab the two local networks are being used to test real world end to end business models, in Florida for flood water management and tracking carts on golf courses are the initial focus. The Espoo network when deployed fully will test air quality sensors in the field and track bicycles.
The everyTHINGZ Lab is open to any LoRaWAN end device, development kit, application or application enablement platform. Please contact us to join the program and help us make IoT deployments simple for the end customers.
The LoRaWAN Certification Program is supported by everynet, a contributing member of the LoRa™ Alliance. This program was launched in November 2015 to certify functional conformance to the LoRaWAN specification. Interoperability testing will offer an additional guarantee at the network server layer that end devices will operate on any LoRaWAN network and is a crucial requirement for the widespread deployment of the IoT on a global scale. The everyTHINGZ Lab is a complementary process that will guarantee interoperability with the Everynet network and significantly simplify IoT use case deployment.
