New poetry collection from ShTruth Poetry reveals hard truth
SOMERSET, N.J. (PRWEB) January 26, 2015 -- The new book, “Did You Hear Him Calling? Did You Hear Jesus Calling?” (published by iUniverse), released by ShTruth Poetry, reveals the harrowing experience of a covered-up car crash and how the author found Jesus Christ in the midst of pain.
The author was raised in a religious household, but finding true faith in Jesus came later in life. After being involved in a terrible, unreported car crash, the author believes to have heard Jesus speak to her while she was in code blue. Because of Jesus’ help, she was able to forgive her trespassers and live a full life in peace.
“I believe everybody has a calling on their lives,” the author says. “Some answer knowing it is God and others swear saying they will change and do not. I believe my book has questions and answers.”
An excerpt from “Did You Hear Him Calling? Did You Hear Jesus Calling?”:
“Robbed
They ask me how I feel
I keep all in, instead
I rather lie
But the truth comes out and robs me
Of all good”
“Did You Hear Him Calling? Did You Hear Jesus Calling?”
