New Pool & Music Festival Debuts in Palm Springs
Palm Springs, CA (PRWEB) July 10, 2013 -- A new music and pool festival - Splash House- is taking over Palm Springs from August 10-11, 2013. The two-day event features poolside entertainment at three hotels - The Saguaro, The Curve and Caliente Tropics. Splash House is working with LED, Private Label and Pacific Festival to create a curated musical experiences and will showcase top DJs from Australia, UK, New York and San Francisco including performances by Rag Raiders, Juan Maclean, Miami Horror, Neon Indian, Poolside, Plastic Plates, Viceroy, and more. One general admission wristband includes access and shuttle service to all three hotels.
In addition to Splash House, many hotel resorts and top attractions are hosting pool parties and “dive-in” movies bringing a new meaning to “fun in the sun” for all ages including families.
The Riviera Palm Springs
Every Thursday night at Riviera Palm Springs, take in the Hot as Hell Pool Party at the Bikini Pool. From 6-10 p.m., indulge in specialty cocktails, appetizers and live music. A portion of the proceeds raised by the sale of the Riviera Signature cocktail will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs.
Skylark Hotel: The Dip Pool Party
Every Sunday afternoon from 12noon to 8 p.m., guests pay a $10 admission for poolside parties and DJs.
Knott’s Soak City Dive-In Movie Nights
A fun, family-friendly way to stay cool with Knott’s Soak City’s 3rd annual “Dive-In” movies every Friday through August 23.
The Saguaro Palm Springs
Lean back on a chaise lounge and take in camp classics from the ‘50s and ‘60s such as Pillow Talk, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Viva Las Vegas at Dive-in Movies. Movies are every Sunday starting at 8 p.m.
