New Service - Envent Mobile Pipeline Separator
Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) December 09, 2015 -- Envent Corporation is continually expanding its fleet of petrochemical vapor control and degassing solutions. The newest solution is the Pipeline Separator – a 3-Stage HEPA Filter Separator for vapors, water, and oil.
Aptly named Pipeline Separator, the unit is designed, welded, and inspected to ASME code for pressurized service up to 1440 psig – ideal for most pipeline operations. Pressurized vapor streams produced during pipeline inspection and maintenance operations often contain mixtures of water, oil, gas, and other vapors. The entrailed liquids can cause shutdowns and potential damage to downstream equipment, increasing maintenance downtime and inducing less efficient operations. The high pressure separator takes an inlet off of the pipeline or process system being blown down and has a liquid outlet and a filtered gas outlet. The liquid can be pushed out by pressure or pulled out by an optional pump. The filtered gas outlet is dry, and free of particulate. It can then be directed to atmosphere, further treatment by liquid scrubbers, granular activated carbon, or a thermal oxidizer. The trailer-mounted construction is built to mobilize to your pipeline project – anywhere in North America.
