New Software Tool Makes Tracking Multiple eBay Purchases Easy
Clifton, NJ (PRWEB) January 23, 2015 -- There are a lot of people who make their living buying and selling on eBay. But as most experienced users know, the margins can be thin, meaning that large volumes are needed to make an adequate profit. Unfortunately, as the scale increases, it can become an organizational challenge to juggle all the details, which is where the BAM (Buyer Auction Manager) suite of software tools comes in. First released in 2011, the original BAM Seeker helps buyers find bargains by scanning for newly listed Buy It Now items, with automated sniping (last-second bidding) and other powerful functions that make eBay buying fast, efficient and cost-effective. Now BAM has released a new Windows-based application called BAM Tracker which helps to manage all the post-auction details like tracking packages, monitoring status changes and communicating with sellers. BAM Tracker will manage the complete buyer workflow, from the winning auction bid until the item is received, cancelled or returned.
“I created the software based on my own experiences and frustrations as a heavy eBay buyer,” says BAM founder Robert Moskal. “After you start buying couple of hundred auctions each month, there are just too many things to keep track of, too many loose ends, not to mention dealing with sellers who are new to eBay and sellers who don’t update tracking information. Then there’s the returns, feedback and all the other little details. BAM Tracker does all the hard work for you.”
BAM Tracker automatically synchronizes with both eBay and PayPal to regularly check for new items won and any changes to existing orders. The software automatically logs tracking numbers as the seller updates them, logs messages between buyer & seller and it monitors protection cases so user always has the latest information at their fingertips.
The software makes communication easier and more streamlined, with automatic messaging to sellers after an item is purchased, paid for, received or after feedback is left. And as many bulk purchasers know, many sellers fail to include information with the package, but BAM Tracker takes care of this by allowing buyer to search by things such as item location, origin zip code or even seller name so it’s a lot easier to figure out where an item came from.
The price for BAM Tracker is dependent on how many items are purchased on eBay each month. For a user purchasing less than 30 items per month, the software is free to use. It then increases with the number of items purchased.
