New Stop Motion Animated Christmas Video Debuts
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 22, 2015 -- “Christmas May Have To Be Postponed,” a new original Christmas song by songwriter and recording artist Carly Jamison made its world-wide debut last month. Using a vintage style of good old-fashioned rock and roll to tell a whimsical story about Santa and his missing reindeer, it has been featured on all of the major Christmas music blogs, and has been added to many of the Christmas music radio stations and streaming playlists. A brand new animated video has now debuted to complement the release.
"I grew up watching animated Christmas specials, so I always feel like animated videos are very fitting for Christmas songs." says Jamison. "Since the song is done in the vintage style of old-fashioned rock and roll, I thought it would be fitting to do an old-fashioned stop motion animation for the video. It was all shot on a still camera, individual frame by frame, and then compiled into an animation. It took way longer than I thought it would."
The video takes place on The North Pole where Santa, his elves, Mrs. Claus, penguins, snowmen, polar bears, and his not so trusty reindeer try to figure out if "Christmas May Have To Be Postponed."
