New Storm-7 Consulting 'CCP Clearing, Risk Management, Recovery and Resolution (EU)' Conference to be held in London, 24th-25th March 2016
(PRWEB) January 07, 2016 -- Storm-7 Consulting will be hosting a new Central Counterparty (CCP) Clearing, Risk Management, Recovery and Resolution in the European Union (EU) conference to be held on 24th and 25th March 2016 in London at the 5* Mondrian hotel in London.
Conference delegates will be led by a team of four leading expert trainers covering CCP clearing frameworks. The third is Sol Steinberg the Founder of OTC Partners in New York - Sol's extensive professional experience encompasses a senior executive position at LCH. Clearnet and nearly a decade of OTC derivatives product development, risk management, and valuation for Citi. The fourth is Rodrigo Zepeda, the Co-Founder of Storm-7 Consulting, a Chartered Member (MCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and author of numerous industry publications such as 'Optimizing Risk Allocation for CCPs under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation'.
The two day conference programme includes extended sessions on day one covering CCP clearing models, the EU CCP regulatory framework, CCP margining practices, and CCP clearing models and agreements (direct and indirect). Day two includes workshops that will provide delegates with in-depth practical insights into CCP operational risks, CCP risk management frameworks, CCP recovery and resolution plans, and designing effective CCP default management, recovery and continuity frameworks.
