New Testosterone Lawsuit Names Physicians as Defendants
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) March 18, 2015 -- In the latest testosterone lawsuit news, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) has ordered the transfer of a testosterone lawsuit* that names prescribing physicians among the defendants cited in the testosterone products MDL. Deeming the case has a significant overlap with the existing testosterone lawsuits, the case has been transferred to the Northern District of Illinois, according to court documents.
