New Venture Gives Home Buyers a Resource to Buy Model Home Products
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) December 10, 2016 -- Designers create Model Homes to inspire and motivate homebuyers to purchase home builders homes. Models are designed with beautiful furniture, art, lighting, rugs, accessories and window coverings focused on enticing the client to buy their dream home.
Linfield Design, has been specializing in Model Home Designs for over 40 years. Over the years they received numerous requests by home buyers and home builders on how to find the furnishings they see in the models. Unfortunately many times the items are not available locally and Linfield buys directly from manufacturers that do not sell to the general public. The companies for the most part sell only to retailers and designers.
Linfield Design wanted to provide a solution for buyers to be able to recreate a room or just purchase that one special item they fell in love with in the staged Model Home. Until now the home buyer could only buy the home and options the builder offered as upgrades but there has not been an avenue to find and buy the items showcased in the staged homes.
Cindy Dietz, President of Linfield Design, commented "I cannot tell you how many times someone visits a Builders beautiful Model Home and asks the salesperson on site where they can purchase the products they see in the models."
Finally ModelDeco https://www.modeldeco.com will give homebuyers and builders a resource to purchase products they see in the model homes. The new venture is the first of its kind in the industry and is an exciting solution that fills a niche for builders.
Linfield Design http://www.linfieldinc.com/ says they will be continually adding products as trends and styles change. In addition they will be able to show buyers ways to decorate and place furniture in their new home. "We hope ModelDeco can expand into other areas to assist home buyers create their dream home," says Cindy Dietz.
