NEWSCYCLE Solutions announces leadership team after Atex, Inc. acquisition
St. Paul, MN (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- NEWSCYCLE Solutions (“NEWSCYCLE”) today announced its new executive leadership team one week after announcing the appointment of Preston McKenzie as chief executive officer and the acquisition of Atex Inc. Scott Roessler was named chief operating officer of NEWSCYCLE. Prior to last week’s acquisition, he had served as CEO Americas with Atex. Dan Paulus, who held the position of president at DTI, was named chief revenue officer. Jim Sparks, who recently joined the company from OPTUMInsight, was named chief financial officer. Talin Bingham, who was announced as the company’s chief technology officer in August, rounds out the senior executive team.

Scott Roessler, in his role as COO, oversees the company’s support and services, including its fast-growing cloud hosting business. Jim Sparks’ CFO duties include corporate financial management and compliance as well as administration and human resources. As CTO, Talin Bingham manages the development and strategic direction of NEWSCYCLE’s media publishing technologies.
