The Technical Data Export Compliance Solution for SAP Global Trade Services was developed by NextLabs to help meet the export compliance needs of customers in highly regulated industries like aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, high tech, chemicals, and energy. Through integration with SAP Global Trade Services, it is designed to handle the export requirements of physical goods, digital goods, and technical data across multiple export regulations such as the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), U.S. Export Administration Regulation (EAR), German BAFA, UK Export Control Act, and Dual Use regulations.
