The estate has been listed with different firms for the past four years, and was sold in 16 days after being co-listed in July of this year by the San Diego based Daniel Beer Group of Windermere Homes & Estates and The Agency in Beverly Hills.

It is noted that this theater is one of Tomlinson’s favorite rooms where he religiously studied game film. A regulation size basketball court and golf green with sand trap complete the perimeters of the outdoor playground.
The Tomlinsons sold the home to get back to their Texas roots.
