On the contractor's side, Ninjja Global Inc. is this week hosting workshops to share their top tips on how their contractors can maintain a positive mindset and in turn prepare for success. Ninjja Global Inc's Managing Director, Simone Suetsugu, has this week released the top tips she will be giving to her workforce:
Removing toxic people and environments
“Toxic people can become mosquito like and suck all the life and energy out of you.” Ms Suetsugu believes that her contractors should distance themselves from time wasters as they can often lead to a lack of efficiency in the workplace.
Accept that failure is inevitable
“Failure is a part of life.” Every successful business person has experienced failure in their life. Failure is necessary for success, and Ninjja Global Inc believes that their workforce needs to understand that failure does not matter but instead, the rate at which they bounce back is important. Ms Suetsugu implores her workers to not dwell on achieving their targets but try and work out how they can improve.
Set goals
“Goals provide you with the focus needed to succeed.” Ninjja Global Inc considers goal setting as a pillar to success. The firm is adamant that their contractors set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals to ensure they stay on track with their goals. Simone is certain that there is nothing better than the self-fulfilment of setting a goal and achieving it and believes that this can provide her contractors with their self-generated positivity.
With these tips in their repertoire, Ninjja Global Inc is confident their workforce will maintain a positive mindset. They are keen to continue their part in creating a positive work culture and hope that their contractors go out of their way to keep their positivity moving into the final quarter of 2017.
