Noble Energy Implements Allegro Horizon
DALLAS (PRWEB) November 17, 2017 -- Allegro Development Corp., a leading provider of commodity management software, today announced that Noble Energy, Inc., a Houston-based oil and natural gas exploration and production company, completed its upgrade to Allegro Horizon.
Noble Energy sought to ensure its marketing team had productive, dependable and agile technology to manage change in an increasingly complex business environment. Allegro Horizon provided greater process efficiency and best-in-class usability and can be run on Microsoft's Azure cloud computing platform, which aligned with Noble's requirements.
Noble’s cloud-first strategy for technology upgrades and new deployments enables them to fully leverage the increased agility and efficiency of cloud technologies. The ability to effectively utilize the cloud was a key factor in determining the upgrade path.
To achieve the desired outcome, Noble Energy engaged its marketing team – whose members use Allegro's software on a day-to-day basis – from the early phases of process design through completion of the upgrade to Horizon.
