NEW YORK (PRWEB) June 12, 2018 -- Nomadic, a provider of unique collaborative learning experiences, announced today that the Leadership Conversation, created in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), is now open for enrollment. Individuals can enroll for $39 per month, cancelable at any time.
Designed to give business professionals at all levels access to the theories, best practices, and insights of modern leadership, the Leadership Conversation is comprised of a series of online, cohort-based programs and a library of personalized resources pulled from CCL research, books, case studies, and articles. The first program, which runs for four weeks, begins on June 25; the associated resource library is available immediately upon subscription. Subscribers also participate in a community of peers from all over the world and all industry segments, gaining fresh perspectives on common leadership challenges.
“When designing the Leadership Conversation, we wanted to provide maximum flexibility in terms of time, access, and price. Busy business professionals can go through the training as their schedules allow – even in ten-minute chunks – and access the content from any device,” said Matthew Burr, founder and CEO of Nomadic. “This solution also gives current and aspiring leaders an opportunity to interact with professionals from all types of businesses. We deliberately incorporate strong collaborative and social elements into the program to deepen the experience and broaden personal networks.”
The online component of the Leadership Conversation is organized into four programs:
- Creating Leadership
- Elements of Leadership
- Virtual Leadership
- Leading Innovation
Each program includes video interviews featuring executives from well-known companies, animated explanations, case studies of classic and contemporary business challenges, and moderated conversations on issues relevant to any position of leadership – all organized to guide the learner through the principles, theories, and core concepts of modern leadership.
Typically, each program takes four to six hours to complete over a four-week period. Throughout the curriculum, learners participate in conversations and debates, overseen by a community mentor, to share perspectives, ideas, and personal experiences.
The resource library, which is continually expanding, currently includes 91 resources on a wide variety of contemporary leadership topics, ranging from leading innovation to dealing with unstructured problems to effective collaboration. Each takes five to ten minutes to complete.
