NON Apparel Clothing Brand Promotes Cultural Diversity with “No One’s Nobody” Campaign
New York, NY (PRWEB) July 22, 2013 -- Val Rose wanted to get a positive message out about diversity and respect. The perfect way to do that, he discovered, was through clothing and accessories, which displayed the message via the wearer. NON, which stands for “No One’s Nobody”, quickly took off with individual tag lines on apparel like, “NON: I’m No One’s Nobody – I’m a Somebody!” and “You can call me brother… Even call me son… But I’m … NON!”
“NON is a new clothing line and a voice for all. Our mission is simple: To promote cultural diversity and a positive image within our communities, and helping to create a better America,” said Val Rose, founder of NON, LLC. The organization has been involved in local and national events that fight crime and drug addiction all while bringing people together through positive activities. Recently, several charity groups featured the brand’s apparel. Participating nonprofits included National Night Out, Unity Fest and more.
A recent study by the Institute for Public Policy Research shows that the most ethnically and socially diverse communities are happier, healthier and experience less discrimination. NON chooses to celebrate and promote those diversities of the populace with their branded clothing line.
NON is adding more designs and concepts frequently to their inventory. The most recent theme is based on people being accepted and inclusive. The latest idea, “No Face, No Color, One People” tagline, can be purchased on t-shirts, caps and messenger bags.
