Noribachi Announces Key Expansion Of Management Team

The management team expansion includes the elevation of some of the existing department heads and new managers. In addition to co-founders Farzad and Rhonda Dibachi, Noribachi’s management team now includes:
Esther M. Santos, General Manager of Hazardous Location Products. Esther has been with Noribachi since 2010, and has held a variety of positions. Noribachi is delighted to have Esther lead us into new markets.
Troy Hesselgesser, SVP of Sales and Business Development. Troy is responsible for direct sales and strategic partnerships.
Matt Capps, VP of Indirect Sales. Matt is focusing on creating strategic partnerships with key customers and sales reps that ensure long-term revenue growth.
Ben Herrera, Director of Inside Sales. Ben manages Noribachi’s Telesales department, which is responsible for lead generation.
Greg Armbruster, Director of Business Development. Greg is responsible for direct sales and strategic partnerships.
Christy Anderson, VP of Marketing. Christy is responsible for communication strategies, product marketing, employee communications and company events.
Ileana McDonald, Director of Manufacturing. Ileana oversees the production floor that builds all Noribachi’s Bespoke Engineered and Specifically Tailored LED lighting products.
Franklin Dibachi, Director of Engineering. Franklin is responsible for Noribachi’s R&D and manufacturing engineering groups.
