The Breast Cancer Risk & Women Over 40 seminar with Specialist Dr. Peter Beitsch — past president of the American Society of Breast Surgeons — is from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8 at the North Central Surgical Center Hospital located in Dallas, TX. Featured there will be Dr. Beitsch, a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in diseases of the breast and melanoma. Dr. Beitsch completed his residency and intern program at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, as well as his fellowships from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX and John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. Dr. Beitsch’s medical publications affiliations include the New England Journal of Medicine, The Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, and JAMA.
