Norwich One of the top UK Cities for Digital Business: Announcement of New Patrick’s Yard as Hub for Creative and Hi-tech Businesses
Norwich, Norfolk (PRWEB UK) 10 February 2015 -- Liquid11, http://www.liquid11.co.uk, an innovative local technology company, has designed New Patrick’s Yard, a locally listed grand building in the city centre of Norwich. New Patrick’s Yard ensures that there is quality office space for the city’s boosting start-up community with all main technology-focused requirements as well as “the place to be” community space for the growing number of creative, tech and digital groups.
Policy makers, journalists and investors need to talk about the thriving tech communities in and acknowledge them as part of UK's innovation culture and centre of tech excellence.
Liquid11 is part of this initiative, and helps to identify high growth tech clusters across Norfolk and Suffolk. It will encourage creative, tech and digital groups and their businesses to move locally, stay and invest here and offer them community space to collaborate on ideas. By doing this, it will boost the region’s economy and create a deeper talent pool, which will benefit all businesses.
Grant Hardy, Managing Director of Liquid 11 said “We are excited about New Patrick’s Yard and being part of the thriving tech community in Norwich. The aim of New Patrick’s Yard is not only to provide quality office space complete with all of the necessities for a technology company, but to provide an opportunity to promote collaboration on ideas between tenants to continue to boost technological advances coming out of the City. Norwich is lucky enough to have the University of East Anglia producing so many high calibre candidates. There is so much talent grown in Norwich that we want to keep it here. Why go to London when you can set up in Norwich?”
This project was supported by New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership through the Growing Business Fund.
