Stan Swiniarski, Vice President of Products, and Art Nicholas, Vice President of Sales and Business Development both bring years of experience in products, speech recognition, and healthcare IT. NoteSwift increases productivity of providers by leveraging Dragon Medical Practice Edition to virtually eliminate mouse clicks and reduce the amount of time spent on patient documentation. Stan brings vast experience in the development of award winning software products. His charter is to bring superior NoteSwift products to market while ensuring their ease of use within EHRs. Stan’s prior experience includes leading RSA’s five development teams around the world. Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President and co-founder of ScanSoft, Inc., now known as Nuance Communications. Stan has a long record of accomplishment in developing innovative software products across many industries.
Art has a proven track record of growing revenue and developing strategic relationships with partners worldwide. Art joined NoteSwift from Nova Dynamics where he was vice president of Global Sales. Prior to that he was the vice president of Sales and Services for both the imaging and healthcare divisions of Nuance Communications. Art led teams of people and managed strategic partners across multiple revenue streams ensuring consistent growth in each sector.

NoteSwift improves navigation through patient notes by reducing the clickable interactions by over 96 percent and provides the ability to input patient data directly into the structured fields within the EHR system. The benefit to the physician is reducing the time spent on creating patient notes to less than 3 minutes versus the over 18 minutes that it takes to manually create a complete patient note.
