Novel Processes Start at FEECO International
Green Bay, WI (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- FEECO International, a leader in process solutions and equipment, is currently working with several customers on developing processes that have never before been done.
While these processes will be new to their industry, new processes are nothing new to FEECO’s testing facility. FEECO’s state of the art pilot lab has had a hand in the development of many unique processes and products over the years, particularly in the waste transformation industry. Many waste to value transformations have taken place in the FEECO Lab, including the transformation of corn cobs into cat litter, soy flour into animal feed, and many others.
The lab, which works with everything from dusts to sludges, is equipped with various batch size pieces of equipment, and is capable of running a single piece of equipment, a continuous process loop, and everything in between.
“People bring us their by-products and wastes, and we see what we can do with them. It’s that simple,” said Andrew Bauer, FEECO Lab Technician. “What’s unique is that we can not only help them develop a pristine product from their waste, but we can also design the process around it.”
FEECO has worked with everyone from process start-ups and entrepreneurs, all the way to Fortune 100 companies. FEECO has over 60 years of process design experience and material knowledge.
