Ntiva Appoints Chris Fridley as Chief Operating Officer

Effective immediately, Fridley will assume responsibility for the company’s engineering, operations and services organizations. He will focus on continuing to build a strong, customer-focused organization, while increasing efficiency across all aspects of operations by implementing industry proven processes and driving proficiency through automation.
Prior to joining Ntiva, Fridley was with mindSHIFT technologies, a global IT managed services organization where he served as Vice President of Network Operations. Fridley earned a BA in English and Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
