NUC Five Star High School Football Camp Invites The Top Football Players in The USA to Compete For Recruiting Rankings and Exposure
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 03, 2015 -- The NUCSports Combines, the most prestigious high school football testing event in the nation, is proud to announce it will be expanding its Five-Star Showcase events.
Building upon the success of the last four successful years of Five-Star, NUC will have 12 Five Star locations -- in an attempt to broaden the outreach of truly finding “Five-Star” athletes.
Additionally, the NUC will be in charge of player selection in 2015, with President/CEO Dave Schuman and National Recruiting Analyst Barry Every lending their expertise to seeking out the very best high school players in the nation.
“We’re looking for Class of 2016, and 2017 high school athletes that have Division 1 offers and possible under the radar players that we feel can play at the scholarship level,” said Barry Every, VP of National Recruiting. “These athletes have either come through the National Underclassmen program or have been nominated by their high school coaches.”
The event is a chance for athletes to prove themselves and compete against other top athletes, with the opportunity to show that they are deserving of the attention of recruiters from standout collegiate programs.
The athletes will be put through a gamut of individual positional drills and then will also compete against one another in one-on-ones.
“It’s an opportunity to have the top 200 players in each region showcase their skill sets and compete against the best in the country,” said Schuman. “All the MVPs ended up receiving D1 scholarships. 90 percent of players in the top 5 at each position received scholarships. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get evaluated by nucsports.com and top recruiting services like rivals.com, espn.com, 247sports.com, and scout.com will be invited in select locations.”
