NuWave Expands Unified Communications Cloud Offerings with New TLS/SRTP encrypted Skype for Business Platform Rollout
Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) August 09, 2016 -- Ten months after its SIP-trunking service achieved partner certification at Microsoft Skype for Business’s most elite level, NuWave Communications is expanding on that successful partnership in a big way.
Beginning August 1, Skype for Business will serve as the primary platform for NuWave's hosted unified communications products, which comprise enterprise voice, IM, presence, audio and video conferencing, web collaboration, screen sharing and federation.

The new platform will eliminate enterprises’ need for on-premise PBX hardware, reducing equipment costs for NuWave’s customers while speeding infrastructure deployment, Sims said. Meanwhile, NuWave’s carrier-grade network will continue to provide the optimal uptime and reliability customers have come to expect from the Las-Vegas-based telephony provider, backed by 24-hour support and U.S.-based, georedundant hosting in Tier IV datacenters.
