Furthermore, it generates biomechanical scores and specific recommendations for what needs to be worked on to achieve optimal readiness and recovery. Through the use of this technology, patients are educated and taught how to control and manage the forces exerted during movement. This technology and methodology was created in University of South Californis sports injury and biomechanics lab . It allows a physician, therapist and an athlete to define current status, monitor progress and test the readiness for return to play.
