O’Neil Color & Compounding Expands New Jersey Operations

According to O’Neil Vice President Phil DeChard, “the company has added both production and laboratory capabilities as the beginning of a three-year plan to deliver higher value, faster turnaround and a wider range of products and services to our customers.”
Recent improvements include a new twin-screw 27mm quick-turn line for sampling, three new injection molding machines for faster and more accurate color matching, and a complete retrofit of the facility’s dust collection system as part of O’Neil’s ongoing commitment to green manufacturing practices.
DeChard said that this is just the first phase of a company-wide plan to improve capabilities and expand capacity at O’Neil’s Garfield plant and its Jasper, Tennessee facility.
