Hereford, Herefordshire (PRWEB UK) 31 October 2013 -- Oak furniture retailer OAKEA today announced the launch of a new lightweight Pine Single Bed. The 3ft bed has been added to the Somerset Bedroom Collection, a range of affordable, well built pine furniture. The single bed will join the existing double and King size beds to complete the collection.

Built from lightweight pine, each bed is constructed to the highest standard, with a sturdy and supportive frame. The wood is finished with a matt effect lacquer which seals the grain and keeps the bed safe from bumps and scrapes. The bed benefits from a low foot end, making it ideal for taller people, or smaller rooms.

The Somerset Single Bed is a standard 3ft size, and is designed to fit all standard sized single mattresses The full Somerset Collection has fully flexible wardrobes in sizes single to quadruple, the wardrobes have double hanging rails and optional shelving for extra storage. The range also has a fully comprehensive selection of pine chests of drawers, a blanket box and a dressing table.

The Somerset Single Beds will launch in November 2013, as part of OAKEA’s ongoing development process. The company designs and imports its own ranges of pine and oak furniture from Vietnam. The furniture is available from the company’s website, or from their Hereford showroom and warehouse.
