Obituary.us.org Releases Results of First Customer Service Review

“Since our launch six weeks ago, we've been in an ongoing review of how our customer service is helping our customers,” an Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “As a new company, we are very aware of the importance of customer service, so our first review was very important to us.”
Obituary.us.org will use the results of the review to refine their customer service training and improve their products and services, he said.
“We knew our first review would not be perfect,” the Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “But it does give us a sense of where we need to be going and how we can improve.”
The review showed that the average hold time for customers on the phone line was 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The average time it took to resolve a customer question or concern was 6 minutes and 47 seconds, according to the review.
“Those are not bad benchmark numbers for an initial review for a new company,” the Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “But it goes without saying that we can and will do better.”
Obituary.us.org will be expanding the size of their customer service staff and is looking into software solutions that can help speed up the process, he said.
“We are going to review all of our options,” he said.
