When a customer purchases items using in-store credit, the receipt indicates that in-store credit has been issued and includes a copy of the store's credit policy so that there are no misunderstandings.
The spokesperson explained that "when the customer makes a payment, GiftLogic produces another receipt which includes the payment details, balance due, and, again, the store's credit policy," The spokesperson also discussed some of the management tools. "At the end of the month or when the retailer desires it, users can print and mail statements," they said. "These statements are laid out so that they work with dual window envelopes."
The credit management tool is also ideal for users who have added QuickBooks integration to GiftLogic. "Whether using the standalone tool or integrating with QuickBooks, our new credit management feature makes it easy for retailers of any size to offer and manage credit accounts."
