Colleges and universities on the list offer ambitious, affordable virtual learning programs. Four-year schools earning places in the top five were Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Tiffin University, University of Toledo, Ohio State University-Main Campus, and Ohio University-Main Campus. Top ranked two-year schools were Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Columbus State Community College, Sinclair Community College, Clark State Community College, and Edison State Community College.
