Ohio Truck Accident Lawyer, David M. Chester, Begins a Video Series on Ways Truck Accident Claims Are Different and Why This Matters
Akron, Ohio (PRWEB) August 28, 2013 -- Chester Law Group, an Ohio truck accident law firm, has announced that their founder, Attorney David Chester, is doing a series of videos on the ways truck accident claims are different than other motor vehicle claims and why this matters to someone involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler or tractor-trailer.
Attorney Chester has just released part 1 of this 7 part educational video series and the video has been uploaded to the law firm’s truck accident YouTube channel “Ohio Truck Accident Lawyer”.
This first video on truck accident claims discusses that interstate trucking crashes involve Federal law and that interstate trucking companies, those that travel between states, are required to follow the trucking regulations contained in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
David describes in this video that the CFR dictates everything from vehicle regulations, driver regulations, company regulations, and everything in between.
Attorney Chester explains that trucks that only travel inside of a state are known as intrastate trucking companies and state trucking laws regulate these companies. David goes on to state that in many cases the state trucking laws are similar to the Federal trucking regulations however it is important to note that there may be differences and there are distinctions as to which laws apply technically.
In a recent interview Attorney Chester was quoted as saying, “In my experience lawyers are not always needed in every type of motor vehicle accident but experienced truck accident lawyers are almost always needed to fully compensate seriously injured victims of truck accidents in Ohio.”
